We all know it’s better to fake than bake but finding a great, natural or organic fake tan (oxymoron aside) is about as easy as getting a gorgeous bronze glow when you have alabaster skin. It’s not. My quest to find the ultimate self-tan happens every year at around this time with a fervor that’s propelled by the blinding whiteness that greets me when I look at myself in the mirror, and a burning need to get into some short shorts. Sevin Nyne was developed by Lindsay Lohan and celeb airbrush tanner Lorit Simon, and while you may think that a dubious combo, the fact is who better to design the perfect natural fake tan than the girl who is a poster child for it in conjunction with one of the best tanners in the country? Quips about LiLo (as she’s dubbed now) aside, and whatever you think of her personally, Sevin Nyne works. I’m an instant gratification kinda gal and it drives me crazy having to put on three or four layers over several days to see developing color. What I particularly love  is that this gives instant golden color that looks natural, it blends beautifully and it contains a cornucopia of antioxidants like goji berry and chardonnay extract to keep damaging free-radicals at bay, plus it lasts.
