I’m mad about this gorgeous nearly-navy blue Eye Definer shot with shimmer as a very sultry eye liner…it contains tiny sparkles in pink and silver that give it a pretty irridescence but in fact, on, it looks almost matt. I love navy liners, especially on brown eyes, and it makes a fresh change from black; this looks beautiful on its own or with a stone or neutral background. It’s triple pigmented so the colour is strong and thankfully doesn’t budge an inch once applied. You can also use it as a liquid liner with a few drops of Trish McEvoy Finish Line that seals the colour (a good choice for brides or mothers of the brides who don’t want to weep themselves makeupless) and liquifies the powder.
