Dear Anonymous: Part II

The people from Le Metier de Beaute have been in touch. They’re mortified that these comments have been posted by Anonymous. I do genuinely believe them, and the lengths they’ve gone to to try and uncover naughty Anonymous are impressive - I’m sure they’ll get there in the end. It just goes to show the fine line between what’s acceptable posting and what’s not and how meddling can cause untold damage. I feel sorry now for Le Metier who don’t, after all, have any control over these loose cannon comments. Lots of brands try and big themselves up on blogs - I’ve caught them out on many occasion and where appropriate I’ve phoned their PR to get them to ask them to stop it. But, I’ve never had a company phone me! So, in the interests of being fair, I’m going to properly review the products and will report back.
