Let’s face it, there are so many amazing organic & natural beauty brands now that I shamefully admit I’m almost a little blase. It takes something unique, inspired, interesting and always with a killer aesthetic to really grab my attention. So when FURTHER Hand Soap passed over my desk, I sat up like I’d just seen God.

Here’s the scoop: Megan, a former event planner for Vogue, meets Marshall a bio-diesel making, reusable shopping bag lover and falls in love. One day Megan walks into their garage to find her grease covered soul mate has accumulated a TON of glycerin, a by-product of the bio-fuel distillation he’s been actively engaging in to run their own vehicles, at which point she graciously points out he needs to clean up his act. Given Marshall’s mission to find a productive use for everything, he of course was NOT going to throw the glycerin out.

The epiphany: To take things one step FURTHER and convert the waste glycerin into a fabulous line of Hand Soap using a signature scent of Bergamot, Olive and exotic grasses.
