Adonia Leg Tone Serum

I’ve had so many comments from people saying they are having problems with Adonia; it seems that some are unable to chase orders, customer services don’t return calls, money is being taken out of their accounts multiple times, and the product - if it does arrive - takes a long time to come. I’m currently speaking with their UK press office who are taking up the matter with Adonia directly, so hopefully I’ll have some answers soon as to why we’re getting a less than acceptable service. I’ve looked carefully across the internet for other such complaints and can’t find any; reviews on the product are generally positive. I haven’t tried it myself yet, but don’t intend to until these issues are ironed out.

After ordering on the 8th march and not receiving within the 14 business as stated sent 4 emails and telephoned numerous times. left voicemail to call back but no reply and no reply to emails. Product eventually arrived on 31st but i had to collect from royal mail office and had to pay a £16.35 customs charge. Adonia say it’s free delivery but they do not inform you of this charge.

Same here, mine arrived 2nd April, took almost a month, and I also had to pay an additional £16.35 customs charge, which they never warned us about!
To top it all, Adonia doesn’t work..
Did my own experiment, put moisuriser on one leg, and Adonia on the other. Waited 4 minutes, and reapplied then waited a further 9 minutes. I then asked my husband if he could see a difference, and at first he guessed the wrong leg, then admitted what I could see, that there was no difference. I think the before and after photos are doctored, I feel like I’ve been conned. Don’t look for a miracle you’ll be disappointed.

I have ordered Adonia and recived withwin 18 days as stated when ordered.I didnt need to pay anything extra free delivery no problems at all.I absolutely love it .It really works

Like other comments, I too had to wait longer than was advised, had to pay over £11 for customs charge and seen no improvement whatsoever. On top of that, the bottle only lasted two weeks! Total rip off and doesn’t live up to any expectations.

I placed my Adonia LegTone serum order on July 12 (Sunday) and it was in my mailbox today, July 24.
I have not tried the product yet but thought I’d mention I had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with ordering or delivery:
Ordered - July 12.
Shipped - July 15.
In mailbox - July 24.
The order and shipment were confirmed with emails from customercare at greekislandlabs.com.
The shipping was prompt and I had no extra charges at all, no customs or anything else, to pay. I’m in Canada. Hope that helps

Does anyone know if the effect of the leg serum after the first application is maintained if one goes in the water or sweats (beach, pool, etc)?
