What to Ask Your Plastic Surgeon?
Most people I speak to are intimidated when they visit with their plastic surgeon. Whether it’s your nose, your cheekbones or your brow line, many of us have facial or body attributes that we would like to change. So, when you visit with your plastic surgeon, tell them what you would like to do and be as direct as possible. If it’s not a good idea for a number of reasons, a responsible plastic surgeon will tell you. However, it’s not their job to figure out what you don’t like about your nose.
It’s also important to have a list of questions ready for your surgeon. Assume that you are interviewing the surgeon and they are not interviewing you and therefore, don’t go in there with a blank slate. It’s so important have a list of questions ready. Save the questions such as how much and when do you think I can have this done for the staff. The surgeon should be asked the questions that would be considered procedural or results queries. If you focus on these types of questions, you’ll feel much better and much more confident as your day approaches.
